Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

A: Eligible socks may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they remain unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return unless they arrived defective, subject to applicable law.
Q: What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
A: Please contact service@livenoraq.com within 48 hours after delivery .
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
